Robert Alai Onyango in a Nairobi court where he was charged with two counts of sending abusive words to government spokesman Alfred Mutua on August 16, 2012. In the second account, he is alleged to have sent annoying message that Dr Mutua ordered for the killing of human rights activists Paul Oulu and Oscar Kingara. He denied the charge and was released on a cash bail of Sh100,000. The case will be heard on September 13, 2012.
