Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo briefs the media at Parliament Buildings, Nairobi, on 2 February 2010, where he and other lawmakers rejected the creation of more constituencies by the Parliamentary Select Committee on the Constitution. They said that the work of creating constituencies should be left to the Interim Boundary Commission.
