Lugari MP Ayub Savula addressing journalists in Nakuru on January 17, 2016, where he decried rising tension on the Nandi-Kisumu border over cattle theft clashes. He warned that the hatred can turn political if not stopped at an early stage as the country enters electioneering period. He also asked the International Criminal Court to consider in their ruling for the no-case-to-answer that warring communities have since united for the betterment of the country.
