Law Society of Kenya President Faith Odhiambo (Centre), East Africa Law Society President Ramadhan Abubakar Mukira (right) and LSK council member Gloria Kimani address journalists on June 10th 2025 at the Millimani law courts following the Lawsuit filed at the East African Court of Justice over the unlawful deportation of lawyers and human rights defender including former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, People’s Liberation Party leader Martha Karua among others from Tanzania. They are seeking special damages, apology and removal of ‘denied entry’ stamp from their passports.
