Kiambu Governor William Kabogo addresses a graduation ceremony for 466 youth and women trained on ICT-related courses by the African Centre for Women Information and Communication Technology (ACWICT) in partnership with the county, Rockefeller Foundation and Microsoft East Africa in Kiambu Town.
