Nyandarua County Women MP Wanjiku Muhia (right) consults with National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sh one billion Nyandarua County cancer centre project on Saturday (30/05/2015) at Miharati trading centre, Kipipiri Sub-County. Over Sh 10 million were raised during the ceremony that was presided over by Muturi on behalf of the Deputy President. The Speaker lauded support for the Women MP for initiating the project despite local MPs and leaders opposing it.
