Deputy Speaker of the County Assembly of Kakamega Cleophas Malala (in black coat), handcuffed, is led to the cells at the Kakamega Law Courts, accused of causing incitement to violence. Malala, who is also MCA of Mahiakalo Ward in Kakamega County, was released on a bond of Ksh 100,000 as the hearing was set for 5 August 2014.
