Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi addresses the press in Kisumu, where he condemned the burning of ballot boxes in Bomachoge. He called on security personnel to be vigilant to stop vote-buying and the waylaying of voters in Shinyalu Constituency. He also appealed to voters to come out in large numbers for the two by-elections on August 26, 2009.
