Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government Musalia Mudavadi addresses residents of Chavakali trading centre on Monday. The minister put contractors on notice over delays in completing their work on time, saying they risked losing contracts to more competent ones. He also urged them to involve local youths in projects within the specified areas to help them earn a living during the period on October 27, 2008
