October 7, 1990: Burudi Nabwera (Left), Minister in the Office of the President says Dr. Robert Ouko report compiled by Detective Superintendent John Troon of New Scotland yard did not identify who killed him. Dr. Ouko was the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation. His mutilated body was found near his Koru home in Kisumu District in February 1990.
