December 3, 1993: North Eastern PC Peter Kiilu (right) receives a copy of a special issue of Habari rural newspaper from the Provincial Information Officer, Mr. Ismail Ali. The special issue highlights the various development projects that have taken place in the province for the 30 years. The newspaper is published in Garissa town by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
