Description

Wycliffe Kato of the East Africa Common Services Organisation has left Nairobi for an eight-week study tour in Britain. Kato (left), an air traffic control officer with the Department of Civil Aviation, will take a special radar surveillance course conducted by International Aeradio at their headquarters in Southall, Middlesex. His visit has been arranged by the British Government.
