West Pokot County Deputy Governor Titus Lotee explains about damage on his official vehicle at Kitale Police Station after the vehicle was inspected on December 11, 2014. He alleged that his Governor Simon Kachapin sends his personal assistant to knock it using another car at a car wash claiming the governor wants to withdraw the vehicle due to differences between them. Lotee said the genesis of the matter is his association with the county’s Senator Prof John Lonyangapuo.
