Uasin Gishu Senator Prof. Margaret Kamar and County Assembly Speaker David Kiplagat address the press during Kamar’s meeting with county assembly members at Poa Place in Eldoret town on August 17, 2018. The meeting was held in preparation for hosting the first Senate sitting outside Nairobi, scheduled from September 24 to 28, during which the Senate will visit devolved function projects, including Early Childhood Centres and Technical, Vocational, and Education Training institutions, and hold public hearings with citizens.
