The Chairperson of the IEBC Wafula Chebukati (centre) made a press statement at the Official Tallying Station, Bomas of Kenya on the 4th of August 2017. In the statement, Kenyans were reminded that identification of voters was to be done through biometrics and any voter who was not identified using biometrics would be considered for complementary mechanisms of voting and would require a fully filled form 32A.
