In memory of the late Bishop Muge: Suspended Higher Education Minister William Ruto (left) and Information Minister Samuel Poghisio during a memorial service for the late Bishop Alexander Kipsang Muge held at St Mathews Anglican Church of Kenya in Eldoret on August 14, 2011. Ruto said he stopped being a minister long time ago and that there was nothing like losing a ministerial post. Bishop Muge died in 1990 in a road accident near Kipkaren trading center on the Eldoret-Webuye road.
