Finance Minister Uhuru Kenyatta (centre) with German Ambassador to Kenya Margit Hellwig-Boette, KenGen Managing Director Eddie Njoroge, and Energy PS Patrick Nyoike during the signing ceremony for the expansion of the Kindaruma Hydropower Plant at the Treasury in Nairobi on November 16, 2010. Germany provided Ksh 4.3 billion for the project.
