Robert Alai Onyango in a Nairobi Court on July 2, 2019, where he was charged with sharing a photo of deceased police officers on social media platform while at unknown place on June 17, 2019, and sharing the photograph through a Twitter handle named @RobertAlai; acts which were meant to interfere with maintenance of public order within the Republic of Kenya and likely to prejudice investigations. He denied the charges and was released on a cash bail of Sh300,000. The case was fixed for hearing on August 8, 2019.
