PNU members led by Peter Munya address a media briefing after a Parliamentary Group meeting at the KICC. The party resolved that Prime Minister Raila Odinga had no authority to dismiss any minister from office and that the party would push for the election of the Leader of Government Business once Parliament resumes its sittings next week on February 20, 2010.
