Ms. Wavinya Ndeti testifies at Machakos High Court on December 5, 2017, in her petition challenging the election of Governor Alfred Mutua. The petition took a new twist as Dr Mutua’s lawyers produced a letter disowning the signature in Ms. Ndeti’s affidavits as that of a Nairobi-based lawyer Ham Lagat.Justice Aggrey Muchelule ordered the parties to file a formal application on the matter within 24 hours.
