Minister of State Provincial Administration and Internal Security George Saitoti waters a plant during a fundraising on November 6, 2009, at Utawala academy in Embakasi. Saitoti said the Mungiki spokesman murder was being investigated and urged the public with information that might lead to the arrest of the culprit to inform the police. He also said the government will not allow any disorder from any criminal gang and the police will be on high alert.
