Industrial Court Judge Stewart Madzayo (left) and member Mbwana Warrakha (right) walk out after hearing a dispute case between Aga Khan Hospital (Kisumu) and KUDHEIHA union workers at Tom Mboya Labour College yesterday. The two parties reached an agreement to the dispute and settled it on July 28, 2009.
