Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chairman Wafula Chebukati leaves the conference hall at Sarova Whitesands in Mombasa yesterday during a meeting with Justice and Legal Affairs Committee to deliberate on Referendum, Election Campaign Finance laws and Boundary delimitation. He said the country cannot go for a referendum as there is no law on it.
