IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati, IEBC Commissioner Prof. Yusuf Guliye (R) when they appeared before the Senate Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee chaired by Samson Cherarkey. Mr. Chebukati proposed that all IEBC plenary meetings be held on Hansard as it’s done in Parliament, and information released to the public for transparency purposes. May 30, 2018.
