Referendum debate: Elgeyo-Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen during a burial of the late Hanna Saniaka Mangunda at Kapsowar in the county on October 06, 2018. Murkomen and other leaders present said they are not opposed to the referendum but called on President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto called them for a Jubilee Parliamentary Group meeting so that they drop the Big Four Agenda and begin to support the referendum.
