EAC and Regional development Cabinet Secretary Adan Mohammed during a Doing Business reforms update meeting hosted by the Department of Business Reforms Transformation of the Ministry of East African Community and Regional Development to assess post-pandemic reforms achievements. According to the Ease of Doing Business Reforms Milestones 201-2020 report, 200 businesses were registered daily in 2020 compared to 30 in 2014, ranked first globally on protecting minority investors, over 250,000 land parcels surveyed and digitized in Nairobi, among other reform milestones listed in the report.
