Devolution CS Mwangi Kiunjuri joins Maasai Morans graduating to junior elders at Kimanjo on March 5, 2016. Also in attendance was National Cohesion and Integration Commission chairman Francis Ole Kaparo. Eight hundred morans are set to graduate over the next month in Laikipia North sub-county.
