Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri addresses the press after inspecting maize at the National Cereals and Produce Board depot in Kisumu County on November 13, 2018. During his tour of the facility, Mr Kiunjuri discovered that nearly 60% of maize stocked in the facility have been discoloured. This comes after Kenya Bureau of Standards declared that 63.3 per cent of the maize is unfit for human consumption.
